2 years ago |I agree with you, Heinz. These sample images are very disappointing. Whereas Nikon´s D800 samples are just mind-blowing.

2 years ago |Comparing samples so far with those of the X-Pro 1 I understand why Canon openly thought Fujifilm was a threat. This being said there’s a softness about these Canon images that I find quite appealing, more old school or cinema-like than the harder rendering of the X-Pro 1. But I’m waiting for RAW samples.

2 years ago |i am totally underwhelmed.. what lenses did they use? especially the landscapes have no sharpness i could find. and high iso is also not very impressive. i have better/sharper pics of iceland done with my old nex 5 and the crappy kit lens.

2 years ago |Too noisy and not sharp and on top of that the DR looks bleh.. underexposed I think. NR is working overtime!
I want to see a side-by-side with the mkII to see the improvement. My eyes are might not be what they used to.
