A new rumor, reported by Canon Rumors, states that Canon will announce a new Cinema camera and new Cinema Lenses at NAB 2013 (April 6-11) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The new Cinema camera is a model that will fit between the Canon C100 (B&H | Adorama) and Canon C300 (B&H | Adorama), and is not thought to replace one of these cameras. The new camera will come with EF and PL mount.
