New Canon Gear Set To Be Announced This Week (next EOS M)?

French site photoblogue posted a short note saying that there will be a Canon announcement this week. There have been rumors in the past pointing to an announcement in September, mainly referring to the successor of the Canon EOS M [shoplink 6091](price & specs)[/shoplink] and to new lenses.
