Adobe Lightroom CC updated (gets “Dehaze” feature, LR 6 not)

Adobe today updated Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC, calling it a “milestone release” (see press release below).

The most notable feature is the “Dehaze” tool for Lightroom CC (video above). And the bad news is that Lightroom 6 will not get it. Adobe has different update paths for LR 6 and LR CC, and that’s not good in my opinion.

You can get an overview of the new features at Lightroom Killer Tips.

Adobe Lightroom 6 deal at Amazon Germany, get it for €79 instead of €120 (if you buy a camera for at least €100)

Adobe Lightroom 6

Amazon Germany has a good deal for Adobe Lightroom 6. May appear complicated at first glance but isn’t.

It works as follows. If you buy a computer or a camera for at least €100 you are eligible to purchase Adobe Lightroom for €79 (links and instructions) instead of €120 (that’s 35% off). It really doesn’t matter what you buy, a Canon IXUS or even a Nikon camera, or a Notebook computer.

The discount is applied automatically at checkout. There is one caveat: the products you buy must be sold by Amazon Germany directly, not by a third party seller. The same offer applies also to Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 €(49), Adobe Premiere Elements 13 (€49), and Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 & Premiere Elements 13 bundled (€79).

The offer expires November 30, so you have plenty of time.
