One of the oldest and most reliable rumor sites out there, Sony Alpha Rumors, got a hint from a reader that a Lithuanian store has the upcoming Sigma 105mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens with a price tag of $1,999.

Hard to say if the price in US$ shown in an online store in Lithuania is the same price Sigma will ask in the USA. B&H Photo and Adorama still have the Sigma 105mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art listed without any price tag. However, $1,999 may turn out to be a pretty realistic price (prediction).

It shouldn’t take much longer until the new Sigma 105mm f/1.4 DG ART HSM lens will be available. B&H Photo has you notified when pre-orders are available.
