A new rumor suggests the Canon PowerShot G16 and PowerShot S120 are ready to get replaced. And it may happen soon, in October 2015.
Unfortunately we do not have either the new model names nor a single spec. The rumor suggests the Powershot G16 might feature an electronic viewfinder. The Powershot G16 and S120 were announced in 2013.

Canon released a new firmware for the Canon EOS-1D C (Adorama | B&H Photo), version 1.40. Firmware updates for the EOS-1D C can not be downloaded and installed by the user(here is why). You have to send in your EOS-1D C to an authorised Canon support center.

Firmware Version 1.4.0 incorporates the following improvements and fixes:
Fixes a phenomenon which occurs when the “Shutter button half-press” menu item, configured in “C.Fn5: Operation”>”Custom Controls Menu”, is set to metering start only; depending on when the shutter button is half-pressed, it may initiate AutoFocus.
Canon patent for a new lens, an ultra-wide angle and image-stabilised 9-20mm f/4.5-5.6 lens. The described optical formula refers to an APS-C sensor.
Samyang/Rokinon announced two fast primes for mirrorless cameras, the 50mm f/1.2 and 21mm f/1.4.
The new primes are available for Canon EOS M mount, and for all other mirrorless mount types too. B&H Photo is accepting pre-orders
