We know Canon will soon announce the RF 100-300mm F2.8L IS, as a recent rumor suggests.

Now we have what most likely is an image of the RF 100-300mm F2.8L IS lens. See on top.

We thinks the image is real and not fake. This is going to be a rather expensive lens; rumor has it somewhat shy of $10,000.
