Thanks to a comment by reader John, we know that the Canon EOS 80D will feature NFC.

We know that NFC will be featured on the EOS 80D because there is a Canon support page that explicitly mentions the EOS 80D in a solution-flow about why the EOS 80D does not connect to a computer.

An EOS 80D announcement is likely, since it leaked yesterday.
