Simple And Easy Inkjet To Wood Transfer Hack (DIY)

Super cool inkjet to wood photo transfer technique, simple and easy DIY task.

Steve Ramsey from Woodworking for Mere Mortals made the video above. It lasts less than 2 minutes and is probably one of the coolest hacks I’ve seen since long. You need:

  • an inkjet printer
  • a non-porous paper (like glossy paper, in the video the left-over from an address label sheet was used)
  • the piece of wood where you want to put the pic
  • lacquer to fix and protect the image
