A few days before the announcement Canon releases a new teaser for what we think will be the Canon PowerShot V10.
The new teaser is on top. The announcement is expected for May, 11, 2023. Not much can be seen in the teaser image. But let’s have a look on a brighter images of the teaser, below.
A shape is now visible, but still doesn’t reveal much. It’s looks like a relatively large lens mounted on a box shaped camera body. Does it look like a GoPro? No idea. It’s touted as a camera for vloggers, so maybe not.
Any ideas?

A new, low rated rumor emerged from the interweb of rumor mills. The EOS R5 might get replaced by two different models.
Rumor has it that Canon might replace the EOS R5 with two different models. Says the source of the rumor:
We have been told by an anonymous source that Canon is planning to replace the EOS R5 with two models. This is not unprecedented, as we saw what Canon did with the EOS 5D Mark III. If you remember, Canon added both the EOS 5DS R and EOS 5DS to give us 5D series options.
[…] The source claims that Canon will release a EOS R5 Mark II along with a higher resolution model, perhaps the unicorn that is the EOS R5s?
Don’t know what to think. You?

Announcement expected for May, 11, 2023. Stay tuned.
[via asobinet.com]Is Canon set to announce an ultra-wide lens for the RF-S mount? It appears so.
The source of the rumor has been…:
[…] told that “one of” the next lenses announced from Canon will be an ultra-wide for the RF-S mount. We are are going to assume that the lens will be some kind of variation of the terrific Canon EF-M 11-22mm f/4-5.6 IS STM.
We think it is very likely Canon has such a lens on their release plan.
