Canon’s full frame mirrorless camera set to be announced in 2018 (2nd week of September?) [CW4]
We got another suggestion Canon will announce their first full frame mirrorless camera before the end of 2018.
The source did not explicitly mention Photokina 2018 (September) nor another possible timeframe for the announcement. Most rumors about the announcement of Canon’s full frame mirrorless camera suggested Photokina 2018 as the stage where Canon will showcase their FF MILC. Keep in mind that starting 2019, Photokina will happen in May, and that the only thing we are sure so far is that Canon will announce the company’s full frame mirrorless camera somewhen between Q3/Q4 2018 and Q1 2019.
Currently, our best sources suggest an announcement in the second week of September 2018.
We are indeed inclined to believe Canon will announce their first full frame mirrorless camera in the next months. At least we should soon see some serious leaks very soon.
Please note: we are aware that getting such a rumor the day after Nikon’s full frame mirrorless leaked may be a bit suspicious. However, it’s not the first suggestion we get about a 2018 announcement for Canon’s full frame mirrorless camera, and we are confident the “Holy Grail of Rumors”/”We Know It Better”-sites will post the same suggestion in a few days.
Stay tuned.
