How Does The Original Canon EOS R Hold Up In 2021?

It was the first full frame mirrorless camera Canon made. It took a s**tstorm (as usual for a new, innovative Canon camera) after release and then sold like hot cake. The Canon EOS R; is it still good in 2021?
