Humor: Canon Fights Back At Sony With New Revolutionary EOS 75D

Canon

Sony’s ugly looking new mirrorless full-frame cameras caused a lot of excitement, and put the major camera brands to shame with all that innovative galore Sony promises to deliver. So, Canon has to react and to show that they still are the undisputed leader of all APS-C sensor DSLRs manufacturer. That’s what Canon is set to release soon:

Gloversville, N.Y., October 18, 2013 –In light of Sony’s recent release of a revolutionary new small form factor full-frame camera, Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, is proud to introduce the high-performance EOS 75D Digital SLR camera – bringing a completely new way to capture digital images with an even more revolutionary APS-C sensor SLR. Featuring an innovative new Hyperswivel™ rear screen that provides 14% more tilt and swivel than any other rear screen on the market, the EOS 75D also brings imaging performance to new heights with an improved 20.3 megapixel APS-C Canon CMOS sensor(100,000 more memory-capturing pixels than the 70D), improved Bionic Luminance Undulation Reflex™ double-thickness anti-aliasing filter and Canon’s superb DIGIC 5+ Image Processor.

Wow, sounds uber-cool, can’t wait to have one and to sell my Canon EOS 70D (I absolutely need the 100k more pixel, can’t live without it). The EOS 75D is a new generation of DSLR, super slim:

Canon has inspired a new generation of cameras with the ultra-slim 75D, which reduces depth vs. the outdated 70D by 2.1mm. Even in this small form-factor, the revolutionary TRI Pixel CMOS AF replaces the focus system of the outdated 70D. TRI Pixel CMOS AF provides exceptional tracking performance when photographic and taking videos in the arms-outstretched position, in a manner similar to using the camera’s viewfinder. This system improves on the Dual Pixel CMOS AF by being one better. TRI Pixel CMOS AF supports nearly 27 of the 1031 models of EF lenses, enhancing the well-being and creative vision of photographers of all skill levels.
