The announced firmware update for the Canon EOS-1D C is available. As with previous firmware releases for the EOS-1D C, this one too can not be downloaded and installed on your own. Instead, you have to send in your EOS-1D C to an authorized service center.

1. Peripheral Illumination and Lens Aberration Correction data has been added for Canon EF-mount Cinema lenses. *1) *2)
After some teasing (somewhat new for Canon) the “white Kiss” is finally here. Canon announced that the white Kiss X7/Rebel SL1/EOS 100D will be available in Japan starting November 28th. No spec updates or changes, just a white body and a white Ef 40mm f/2.8 lens. Canon Japan has a dedicated page (translated).
1. Ability to move the magnification viewing area around the LCD using the MAGN Function has been added.
2. ISO up to 80,000 has been added.
3. A Key Lock menu setting has been added which now makes it possible to lock all operations, including the START/STOP button.
4. Peripheral Illumination Correction Data has been added for seven (7) Canon Cinema lenses (EF mount) and eleven (11) Canon EF Lenses.
5. Internal camera menus are now controllable from buttons on the camera body. Previously, they were only controllable from the joystick grip unit.
6. In addition to the EF-S18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM, the function to enable continuous focusing and correct aperture on a subject in the middle of the screen when one of the two EF STM lenses is attached, has been extended to include the EF-S18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM lens.

According to digicame-info (translated) it will be a white version of the Rebel SL1 (EOS 100D in EU, Kiss X7 in Japan). The fancy news: there will be a white version of the EF 40mm f/2.8 pancake lens (makes sense). The specs (machine translated):
