More unreleased Canon gear appears at a Russian certification authority. Yesterday it was about three lenses, today it is about a new Canon Speedlite.
The new Canon Speedlite has the internal code DS401243. We think it might be the already rumored Speedlite EL-10. This new Speedlite flash would sit between the EL-1 ($1,099 )and EL-100 (currently discounted to $129), would make a lot of sense.

So far we have no idea what these Canon lenses are about, nor for what mount type they have although it seems safe to assume the lenses are for the EOS R system.

Here are the some new Canon rumors for the video and Cinema side of things.
The Canon rumors suggest Canon will announce some new video gear for NAB 2021. Among this gear is the Canon XF505, a run-and-gun camcorder likely similar to yet more feature packed than the Canon XF405. A few rumored specifications made it to the world:
Next, Canon is likely to release also a bunch of new Cinema lenses, and among them the first for the RF mount. The rumor suggests Canon is set to replace the current Compact CINE-ZOOMs with new models that cover the Super35 and the full-frame imaging sensors. This is achieved by changing the rear group of optical elements. PL and EF mount will be available as usual. The first Cinema lens for the RF mount might be a prime lens. No more to get here for the time being.

A new rumor surfaced, suggesting the upcoming high resolution EOS R camera might have an image sensor with more than 100MP.
So far a sensor resolution between 80MP and 90 MP has been the trend among the rumor mills (ours included). The source of the rumor is confident that Canon will curb the sensor resolution well beyond 100MP. The reason is to “provide even more separation between the EOS R5’s 45mp and the new high-megapixel sensor“. According to the rumor, this upcoming high resolution EOS R camera will be oriented to towards landscape and studio photographers and have a different form factor than the EOS R5. The camera will replace the EOS 5Ds and EOS 5Ds R.

Here are the latest Canon rumors. It’s suggested a Cinema version of the EOS R5 might be released, and some new features will come via firmware update to the EOS R5, EOS R6, and EOS-1D X Mark III.
The source, Canon Rumors, seems to be pretty confident on both rumors, giving their highest rating.
First, “R5c” is a name invented by the community, not an official Canon moniker. The new rumor suggests the EOS R5c will feature the same imaging sensor of the EOS R5 and also sport the same recording modes and options. There is, however, a noteworthy detail coming with the rumor: the EOS R5c will have a bigger body and active cooling (remember the overheating hysteria?). Despite it’s Cine destination, the EOS R5c will also be a hybrid camera still perfectly usable for stills photography. And it might have C-Log 2.
In the past we got some suggestions for this camera, the R5c. Some of what came with the latest rumor was already anticipated then:
Firmware updates for the Canon EOS R5, EOS R6 and EOS-1D X Mark III are now ready to get released in the next weeks.
All three cameras will get C-Log 3 and new compression modes for 4K recording. For the Canon EOS R5 and EOS-1D X Mark III also expect a Cinema RAW Light feature. The EOS R5 will likely also get 1080p @120fps video recording. Most likely the new firmware version are already actively tested by selected photographers.
